Bang. You’re dead.

A bullet.
- It really frustrates me when no one comments. Almost as much as commenting on my own posts.
- Joackim scored me a new seat on the bus. The day she gave us assigned seats I had to go to my locker, squeeze through that stupid door from E to C hall (since you have no idea what I’m talking about), and go to my orchestra locker. And of course I couldn’t get my stupid lock open to get my violin out. Gah. So I got to the bus late and the only empty seat was umm… seat 1. But now I’m back in 5, diagonal from Joackim. So that’s pretty cool I guess.
- I got the August newsletter from DreamHost, and they upped my diskspace again. It’s almost frustrating how much diskspace I have now.

- Yes. That says 5200MB. And I’m still paying like… 79 cents a month. Too bad that’s only until April, I don’t think I’m going to pay $8 a month. I might switch over to one of ASO’s cheap plans, but they don’t have much space… I might end up switching over to xanga, maybe then people would read my ramblings in their subscriptions…?
I think it’s safe to say I need a new desk. Yes, that’s my computer. Hanging off the back of my desk. I want to get something from IKEA after we move and I have a bit more room in my nook (if you’ve ever been in my room, you know what I mean).
- I want to buy a new pair of headphones soon. I’ve seen reviews of these on the net for awhile, and they look pretty nice. Found them on Academic Super Store for only $34.95. Maybe I can convince my parents to let me order. I never did get a birthday present from them… or anyone else…
- 2 days left! I haven’t had much homework this week so far, and my lame teachers better not give me anything over the weekend. I do have a project due in a bit over 2 weeks, but Nissa told me it won’t take too long. I guess I’ll put it off and use it as an excuse to not participate in packing the house. :P…
I think that’s about it.
I just drank a Fanta.

:amazement:
1 day shy of a postless week! :O
So, of course… what did you expect…
LIST!
- …I suddenly can’t remember anything I wanted to say…
- …
- …
- Oh! Here’s something! I had 6 quizzes this week. And 6 tests too.
- You didn’t really care about the above sentence
- Had a playing test in dorchestra. Moved from 18th chair, to umm… the one next to 2nd. Oh yes. Class was a lot more fun today since you know… I could actually hear people play and it sort of sounded good… It’s still never going to be the same as having 14 people, as there’s like… at least 4 times that many people.
- I’ve been getting back into the routine of things and my grades have been slowing inching up to normal (i.e. that essay I wrote this summer: 78, that test I took on Tuesday: a lot higher)
- I’ve been awake in 1st period.
- I still hate AP. So I guess it’d be better if I was still asleep in 1st period.
- I still hate Science Fair.
- I have no homework this weekend.
- I have to do research this weekend.
- I should probably start a project this weekend, but I’m guessing I won’t.
- We need to empty the basement this weekend, and we got some “amigos” this afternoon and got a bunch of it done.
- Heh… Joackim must have smoked something on the bus this afternoon… We were walking home, and we saw that my house had grass now… So he’s eating a bag of pretzels he bought at lunch, and out of nowhere, he stopped walking, pulled out a pretzel, crumbled it up, scattered it over the lawn. Then he starts singing “Happy Birthday.” To my grass… Then he looked at me with a straight face and says: “The grass says he didn’t get everything he wanted for his birthday. He got my pretzels, but he wants some water.” “…h’okay, bye. See you on Monday.” That was rantom…
I guess that’s about it for now…
1 week! I can’t wait!

So last night, I actually did something. We went to this Persian “film festival” (i.e. a bunch of rich, snobbish, Persian folk watching a stupid, semi-incoherent movie) at Woodruff. I think we’ve gone at least once a year for like 5 years now. Anyway, the movie was supposed to start at 8, and we got there at like… 8. Of course, there was still a huge line, and by the time we got up to the head of the line, there’s two tickets of course. So since we’d already spent so much time getting there, we bought tickets for the 9:45 (i.e. if everything goes perfectly and people leave the theater when the movie ends, you might actually get to go in around 10). Went to Baskin-Robbins (strawberry!). Dad lost the tickets. Dad found the tickets. And umm… we saw the movie. It was about this lady who’s husband cheated on her, and she meets another guy who killed his wife because she had cheated on him. It wasn’t that bad… but still…
When we were leaving the neighborhood, we saw this tiny little deer walking around our neighbor’s house. It was crazy. The thing wasn’t even 2 feet tall, and he’s just poking around in the grass and their flowers and stuff. I tried to take a picture with my phone, but it was too far away.
Some people are coming over tonight, so I need to practice violin and maybe do some Science Fair research before my mom gets home ’cause she’s probably going to make me clean…
Oh, I decided to do my project on how putting food in containers (Glad containers, Zip-loc bags, etc.) affects freshness. I talked to my teacher about it, and she said I’d probably have to plant mold spores on the food or something and see how the container effects the rate of growth or something. Though I don’t know how I’m possibly going to find 10 sources… Ah well…
Mona’s moving tomorrow :/ Super pesh, yo.
