The last post was to say my iMac was for sale, and this one is to say that it’s gone… It’s sort of scary to think that I spent so much time working to save up for this computer, and in 24 hours, it won’t be with me anymore. I’m not sure I’ll be able to fall asleep without his sleep light pulsating through the night… However, I got a pretty good deal for it… $525 paid in person, no shipping charges or anything, to some guy who’s buying it for his son. I hope you enjoy it, son. You damn well better enjoy it. I suppose I’ll order the new PowerBook tomorrow after I have my payment. Or if we’re going to pick up my sister on Friday, maybe I’ll buy it from the Apple Store and pay a bit extra for tax… Well… I guess that’s about it. Don’t expect any posts, comments, emails, or IMs from me within the next few days at least. If I’m lucky, I might get it on Friday, maybe Saturday (though I’m not sure I’ll be home), or maybe as late as Monday (which would definitely jeopardize some hardcore-freezing-outside-Trick-or-Treating time).
