One Hundred Things You Should Have Done In Bed

I wonder if it really is healthy to have an active imagination.
I distinctly remember that on occasions when I was younger I would pretend I had some sort of LEGO set, Power Wheels, or fictional device with such fervor that the following day I would have to go and check to see if it had been a dream or reality.
As I got older, the imaginations dissolved into sleepless nights of visualizing how my life would be orders of magnitude greater if I just had a Mac and a fancy, fast car.
Now I’m really old and my materialism has pretty much started to wane (slowly). So is it safe for me to be imagining and dreaming intangibles that will probably never happen.
Am I hurting other people by using them in my mind?
