For some reason we had Turkey on the 4th…
Someone must have been confused about the holidays…

A tribute to the past:

  • Yesterday morning, I watered my plants
  • Then I sat around till after lunch
  • I listened to music
  • My dad came home to pick me up, and he brought me half of a thing of fries
  • I peed at Kroger
  • I cut some grass
  • I washed a garage
  • I blew some grass, and then some more
  • I found out my dad’s worker is named Telmo
  • I ate food for dinner
  • I took a shower and got paid $40, but not in the shower
  • I read 100 pages of Deception Point
  • I watched some TV

It was much more exciting in person, I swear.

  • I’m going to get a new passport this morning, and I don’t know why

«Unless I can figure out how to schedule startup and shutdown in Linux from the CLI, the website might be offline the whole time I’m in California.»

edit: From now until the end (of summer at least), the website will be up from 9:30AM – 12:00AM EDT.
double-edit: Well, I configured everything the day we were leaving, so I never had a change to test it… It seems the server turned on at like 5:45AM today… and I have no idea when it turned off as I was airborne at the moment…

I am going to California.

We leave at night on Monday, July 3rd.
We come back in the afternoon on Sunday, July 16th.

We’re going to Yosemite.
We’re going to see my grandma, great aunts, aunt and her kids, uncle and his kids, and at least one of his kid’s husbands.

There’s not much else.
I <3 Dan Brown
